They are old school. If you operate like its 1958 keeping your life savings in a box in the floor, they'll probably be ok, although the price dramatically inflated when I told him it was going under insurance (like over doubled). I agreed assuming honesty. My insurance company was more skeptical. When it came time to simply submit and make payment (prior to insurance payment to me, trying to be the good guy) I was told they don't accept credit cards. That's ridiculous. Not accepting Venmo or Paypal? Maybe, but credit cards? It's 2016, the homeless guy on my street corner accepts credit cards. Get with it.

They arrived when they said they would and immediately got to work. They worked fast and were done in about 4 hours. Had some major storms after the work was completed and there was no sign of leaks.

They are very professional, arrive when they say they are going to and they seem to know exactly what they are talking about. They have a good reputation from other people I have talked to and from my own dealing with them I would absolutely support that reputation.
