The problem we had with them was that they weren't willing to work around our schedule. If they wanted to come in the house they wanted to come when they scheduled it but it did not work for us. They would not let us know when they were coming so they wanted us to leave them a key; which was not going to happen. We were recommended by somebody I work with. Their service was fine but they were not willing to work around our schedule and they would not call to let us know they were coming. We did not have any trouble with bugs after they had been coming for a while but we stopped using them because we could not get them in the house.
