FIrst time I called them they fixed 2 active leaks caused by malfunctioning shut off valves and cost was apx $600-$700. They were prompt in coming since the repairs were not planned. They always covered their shoes when entering the house, cleaned up their mess, and painted/repaired the walls they work on.
Second time I called them to repair drains in the tubs that had corroded over the years from lack of use-the drain could not be shut. They spent a day working on the two drains, worked hard, cleaned up after themselves. Repaired the walls after cutting access holes. After they left I had new drains that functioned properly and no problems. Work ran about $700 for work only, I purchased the fixtures seperatly at Lowes.
Third time I called them out to give an estimate on work and advise as to where best to locate a basement bathroom. That work has not been done but they did come out and give advise as to the best location for the proposed new bath.

I was overcharged on the time and so I will never use them again.

they dropped old furnace on a new window ac and broke it. One worker hit an open electrical box and caused a fire cable company had to replace all wiring. They forgot to hook a little hose up to drain so my basement was flooded. They forgot to put filter in furnace I had to go to doctor for allergies. Nails is sticking out of deck railing and some railing wood is split where nails is. They cut bathroom door to short you can see peoples feet under it. The workers were rude
