BLARE CONTRACTING

Bruce Blare (legal name: Terry Bruce Blare) & his son ADAM got their first $60,000 draw. They started off well (we thought), & made progress pretty quick. But come Easter of 2007, BLARE snuck back into partially finished house & removed all their tools. He had taken almost $220,000 from our construction account, draw by draw. . The Blares then declared bankruptcy to avoid our case against them in circuit court, & moved out of state. Left us with an unfinished, poorly built house that had : no septic system, no carpets, no floor coverings at all. No interior light fixtures, no switches, no switch plates, no interior doors, no trim. No toilets, no cabinets, & wires that were hanging from the ceilings in every room. (several of those wires we STILL have not been able to trace... but since he did hire his nephew to do the electrical work- 3 days after he graduated "electrical school") They even vented the septic into the attic. One of the bathrooms upstairs leaks straight through the living room ceiling, & the other upstairs bath, you can only use the toilet & sink. We were forced to borrowed more money, finished it (enough to live in....) by our selves, & moved in Christmas Eve 2007. In November of 2011, a 42 foot long by 12 foot high section of the basement foundational wall collapsed, leaving my husband & I and our 5 children homeless. The cave-in sent my upright freezer 17 ft into the basement...thank God the kids weren't home. It sheared out the gas lines & water pipes, cinderblocks crushed much of what we owned. The entire house (65' x 35') was built on 8 inch block (which is not up to code), & Blare did not even use core-fill OR re-bar. MY ENTIRE HOUSE IS JUST HELD TOGETHER BY MORTAR! NOTHING IS UP TO CODE, & we have gone bankrupt trying to fix what Blare & Reggie did to us... Our dream home has become a living nightmare... we are still trapped in an unending court case against BLARE & UNITED BANK & Reggie (VP @ bank)... During the time we started to sue BLARE, we discovered he had made many purchases that were charged to our account with JF ALLEN. These people are scum without heart or conscience, who stole our money, & the relatively comfortable life my children SHOULD of had.......Instead we have lost everything (almost) & had nothing but struggles, while he & shelia moved to Cleveland OHIO to do this to someone else... BEWARE OHIO!!!
