The work he performed after several phone calls to find out where they were as we were told they were to start on a specific date, didn't show up, didn't call to explain just kept us waiting for 2 weeks with promises of we will be there tomorrow ..........Once they began they seemed to be doing a good job but then we found roofing nails on the driveway and one roofing nail made it's way into our swimming pool which is in an enclosed fence about 20 feet from the house..........After the job was completed we called him several times to come back out because the front porch was still leaking and the gutters were not draining properly. Also one down spout had not been strapped to house. This was in 2010 after job completed. Winter came and we let things slide then as spring and summer of 2011 came we resumed contacting him about issues always with a promise to be there and never showing up..... Again winter came and we let it go and then spring and summer of 2012 and the back porch started to leak through roof and was much more serious than other problems so once again we began calling being told he would be here and not showing up........Well today is 7-19-2012 and he promised to be here at 8AM didn't show hubby called him and he said he would be here around noon. It is now 1 PM and still no show so I am writing to warn against using this contractor or at least being certain everything is AOK before paying him or letting him leave because you probably will never see him again if you have any problems.
