All About Glass LLC.

The owner is a real talker. Brings cookies and talks a real good show. Once they started, they did not stay with the job. They kept going to other jobs and worked sporadically on mine. He would call and say they were going to work and they never showed up. I would absolutely not recommend them for electrical work. The guys doing that wouldn't make a pimple on an electrician's butt. After I was without electric all day (should have been a 3-4 hour job), I ended up having to help them finish because they didn't know what they were doing. The siding looks OK, but the trim was not mitered and just hacked off at 90 degree angles. (shame on me for not being right there to watch them, but I had to work) I actually paid them more than I should have because after looking at another job and listening to him, I thought I would get an "A" job not a "C" job.

I was told the job would take 2 to 3 weeks to complete but it was not finished until mid October. I made a grievous error of hiring All About Glass to preform vinyl siding on rental home in Clarksburg, WV.  The head of the company made many boasts and promises regarding the quality of the work including the quality of the work of the sub contractors he was to use.  He promised close supervision of the work along with a timely completion of the job. Unfortunately none of these were kept and I found I was duped by a flim flam man.  The image of used car salesman is an accurate perception. We can all imagine that picture.  The work was not well supervised, quality was at best inferior and nothing was done on time as promised.    I paid top dollar for very poor work but he knew I was under the gun with an insurance issue.  I contracted the company, shame on me, now that you know my story, if you hire All about Glass, shame on you.  They didn’t finish until close to October
