They were prompt, courteous, with no long line wait and they were very fair in the price!!  I called many places for price comparison of the same brand of tire, and they were the lowest!  Also when I arrived, it was only about five minutes before they took my car in WITH NO APPOINTMENT to the stall to replace the tires and they were very thoughtful and courteous by  putting the spare tire in the well, out of sight just as it was meant to be, they didn't just toss it in the trunk as so many had before them!!  I have owned this vehicle for over 13 years and have replaced the tires serveral times!!  I did develop a problem a few weeks with a leak in one tire.  After stopping to have the air level checked several times and they told me i needed to take the tire back to where I purchased them as there was obiously a problem because it was always the same tire!  So I took it along with my receipt back to the same WalMart, again WITHOUT an appointment, and after explaining the situation to the man he told me they would pull it in and have a look at it shortly!  I am 64,disabled and unable to walk or do much, and thankfully they had benches just outside the work area so it was no imposition for me!   TIMELY Customer Service is just about a thing of the past these days and to even find a cashier to say thank you is next to impossible, so when i receive good service, I try to thank them very much to make sure they keep up the good work!!!  lol  Anyway, within less than 30 minutes the young man came out and said since i did not have the valves or stems (?) replaced.....that one had started to leak and he replaced it and solved my problem in less than 30 minutes and for less than $5.00!!  I was very well pleased with the courteousness, price, wait time and time it took to resolve my issue!!!  Kudos to Nitro WalMart!!  I will return!!!
