did come and look at tree in oct. 2020 promised to send email that night with estimate. none sent so I phoned him next week, he said trouble with his email would phone that eve. didn,t. I called him again on fri. nov. 2020, he said he was in truck, would pull over and call right back, didn,t. called mon. nov 23, he hung up! very strange man ,if he hadn,t strung me along for a month I would have contacted a reputable co. and work would be done. unprofessional treatment, don,t waste your time with him,his work is likely just as bad. These folks were excellent, took out a large tree in our yard close to the house. We are picky, got three estimates and the others doubled theirs. Then we did some research on the company and decided to go with them. They were pleasant, friendly and very professional. During the process they "ran into trouble that they hadn't anticipated." I held on to my wallet at that point, waiting for the "so we'll have to charge more", but when questioned they said of course there would be no extra fee, just a hassle for them. We had a clear sense that their estimate was their contract and they stood by it. They worked quickly and carefully, removed the tree with surgical precision, managed traffic past the house, removed all of the wood and cleaned up. These guys were a pleasant surprise, and we recommend them highly. We would definitely use them again.
