The crawlspace work went well.  The hydraway in the yard was very effective in taking the water out of the yard.  I was not pleased with the appearance of the drains, as they were somewhat of an eyesore - stuck up too high in some places, fill dirt sunk in places, and some ditch lines were almost zigzag.  Also, they left a low spot where water continued to stand.  However, they responded very quickly to my concerns and sent a crew out to take care of the issues I raised.  I was impressed with their willingness to make it right!

The USS crew arrived on time and finished ahead of schedule. They were very pleasant and seemed genuinely concerned that I be a satisfied customer. This was frankly the most professional experience I have ever had with a contractor - completely devoid of drama. After the USS crew left, the concrete subcontractor arrived and impressed me just as much as the United guys. Although the USS work is buried and out of sight, the evidence that they were here is a beautiful new driveway.
