Fast,efficient, honest!!!!! You wont go wrong with "The Guy"

We used the Appliance Guy to fix out heat pump/furnace. Service was excellent

and professional. The technician responded promptly, was knowledgeable and helpful.

They got the parts quickly and repaired my heat pump that same day. I am very

satisfied with the Appliance Guy and the unit working fine.

Everything was fine. I mean the service repairman that came out was very knowledgeable, very efficient kind of man. I would highly recommend the company to anyone. They are little expensive but they do a great job. Other than that which is the expense wise they are fantastic. Like I said, I can't brag enough of their service man.

I used them my parents knew them very well. They were prompt and did an amazing job. They said it would take a shorter amount of time but there were situations where some parts would not work, so they went ahead and ordered them and did not charge me anything for it. He gave me a deal and their price was good since it was an expensive system. I was very pleased with their work. They are really good people and did not cheat me out of my money. If something comes up and it charges them extra they will not charge me the extra price. They find it wrong to charge people an extra amount from the estimate. They charged what they needed to be charge. They worked really hard from the time they got here to the time they left. They had to drive for an hour to get to my house. They are committed to their work. I would use them again in the future.
