The provider came out, exactly on time as specified, and went straight to the job, showed myself and my husband what the problem was and told us everything that had to be done and to our surprise, it was a simple fix. He never tried to sell us anything we didn't need and he was very gracious and courteous to myself and my husband. He fixed just exactly what he said was wrong with the garage door  in the time he said it would take to fix it, no more, no less. After the job was finished he took the time to show us the spring, how it broke and even explained to us "how" it broke, all in terms we could follow and understand.

The provider assessed the situation and told me everything that needed
to be done, there were no hidden costs or surprises at all (our garage door needed a new spring installed, it helps the motor to lift the door), he then waited so patiently for my response as I talked it
over with my husband. When I gave him the "Go Ahead" to fix my garage
door, he got right on the job and was so very professional and, as it
turned out, very much accurate as to what was wrong with my door, he
fixed it in a timely and professional manner. I would certainly use this company and their services again and ABSOLUTELY recommend them to anyone needing their garage doors fixed or new ones installed!!!!!!!!!!!

They're well-known in this area. They're excellent. They did an excellent job. I would recommend them highly. They were punctual. They were quick and efficient. There were some parts that didn't work. They came back after hours with it and replaced it the same day. It was nice of them.

The Company was very professional. Are accessible via phone and handle emergencies in an appropriate amount of time. Very knowledgeable on their trade. Had an older door and the team was able to repair. Care about their work and back it up. Family owned company that cares about their customers. Price reasonable for work performed. Would use again if needed. One of the better companies that have worked with in West Virginia.

Did an excellent job, one complaint would be that they did not replace all of the parts. They replaced a garage door opener with a newer model and he chose to not replace all the parts, just a small thing but really irritated m
