My husband and I have used Kathi Huffman for our car and house insurance for more than 10 years (and he was a client of hers before that, and has life insurance with them). We've never had a run-around with a claim and that's worth a lot. Our area has been beseiged by hailstorms and our rates have never risen due to our hail claims. I needed a discount for driving less than 7,500 miles a year and their office handled that (State Farm headquarters was slow about it, but their office wasn't at fault). I've looked at a couple of different insurance companies over the years but they all actually were going to charge us more than State Farm (and probably give worse service).
