They didn't always communicate if they wanted to make an appointment in time. They would be here on an certain day and not show up.

Actually, what I started a few years ago, was to have them come out annually and clean out the drain line that runs from the house to the street, it's kind of a preventive measure. Then coincidentally, once I learn from the guys who were there, that they do build themselves as being regular plumbers on a number of different things, I had two outside water faucets so I wanted to replace, because it was bad and they did that. It was a whole lot more traumatic than I would have expected, but they got it done and everything worked fine. It's worth trying them.
