Great experience, and I'll definitely call them next time my in-laws need some help! They have been using Best Buy's service and haven't been happy.

EXCELLENT! They were great, spent the time needed to fix my computer so it would stop crashing. Very reasonable with cost and provided instructions for future problems that I might encounter as well as software. Set up and installed wireless printer I had purchased and provided information on my wireless router that saved me major $ that I didn't have to spend to upgrade it as my cable/internet provider had indicated I was going to have to do. I would most definitely use them again and continue to recommend them to my friends.
You can also take your computer in to their office, but due to the issues I was having I requested they come to my home.
