The process was done like the inspector was buying the place. Everything was explained to me as he was doing it. That way I knew exactly what he was talking about the entire time. When he was finished he handed me a binder with the report and photos inside.
Because of his explaining everything to me, the report was so easy to read. There was no guessing what he was referencing in the report. Every question I asked was answered with complete information about what the required standards were and where my issue fit within the requirements.
