The real estate agent didn't tell me she was a relative of the person selling the mobile home. The first week I was in the home I had to buy a hot water tank. I did buy the home "as is" but she didn't tell me everything that was wrong with the place. She was a hustler, I mean she is a really good realtor.I thought she was A-l until I bought this place. I was living in Florida at the time and we would talk by phone. I was going through a divorce and needed to find a place with a fenced yard for my dogs. Whoever inspected the place must of been a friend of their's. She was supposed to be working for me but evidently she was working for the relative. I was taken and if I ever get the opportunity to face her again I will tell her. There is a lot of work that still needs to be done and I've put thousands of dollars into this home. I would not recommend this realtor. I feel I was taken. She knew what she was doing and she knew she had a sucker with me.
Description of Work: I did use a real estate agent, Mary Rooper. I can't remember what agency she was with. I used her in 2005 when I purchased my mobile home.
