They performed an estimate for how long the cleaning would take, then they did not clean two rooms that were to be cleaned, because they had not budgeted enough time.

Mary Beth has always been very helpful and professional in explaining the service and coordinating the appointments. Sometimes they are busy and you need to schedule out a couple of weeks in advance. The pricing is done by the hour and she sends teams of two or three people, depending on what needs to be done. Mary Beth has you make a list of the items you want done, in priority order. They will work for the agreed amount of time, following the order on the priority list. Sometimes it seems like they are taking a long time, but then as you watch, you realize they are doing a lot of things I never would have thought to do. For example, in the kitchen, she was cleaning the kick plate under the cabinets! The cleaners are professional, and detail oriented. Sometimes I notice little spots missed, but overall, they do an excellent job. I had used other services in this area. The price is a bit lower and the quality is better than the other service I tried. The price is higher than I am accustomed to in Arizona, but this company is bonded and insured, so I'm sure there are expenses associated with that. After this good experience, I have them scheduled for every other week.

They use to clean my house and then the owner, he went off. I don't know what his problem is. He has not been able to get on. It was 2 weeks ago, Saturday, that I received a letter from them. It's just a white sheet of paper, no letter head and they told me that they were no longer going to come and clean the house because they couldn't fit me into their schedule. They're with me at least 2 years. The letter also was not signed. I've been pleased 99 percent of the time with the work that the ladies, but I don't even remember the first time, it was months ago, that I called and said that the ladies, not done a very good job that day. Then 4 weeks ago now, I left a note for the ladies about cleaning here in the house. It was right before they were to come, the always come every other Tuesday, that I received this letter. So it was a Saturday and they were closed. So I called Monday and talked with the owner of the franchise, Garlin. He was very polite on the phone. I am physically disabled to clean my house so I have several autoimmune illnesses and arthritis. I told Garlin this and I said I won't complain again, and he said he want me to complain if were not doing the work properly. But then, he tells me I have complained twice and that he just felt they couldn't clean my expectations. I was getting mixed messages there. I talked with him a couple more times and I could not convince him to restart the service because I really needed him. Then one day, I called, and I talked to Marybeth. She's the one that coordinates the schedule. After 5 minutes she came to the phone and told me that she will call back later. She did not call back that day or the next. She tried to help me though but Garlin, he wants to kmnow who's not doing good work and then they stopped cleaning the house because I complained twice in a year. It's mainly the owner of the franchise that I am complaining about. They come every other week. They would vacuum and dust, mopped the bathroom floor and the kitchen floor. I always got a phone call from Marybeth a day before. They'll call on Monday, at what time the ladies would be coming and if the cleaning ladies is running late, I would get a call to get that information. There was not a problem with punctuality at all. I would like to use them again because they did a very good work but Garlin just totally refuses to understand the problem.

House always looks clean after their visits. Occasionally we have to remind them not to do things that should be self evident but they always respond well and correct themselves. Overall I am quite happy with our arrangement.

The girls that gave me an estimate were very nice to work with, and were willing to work around my time frame.
I had a list that I specifically wanted done and their standard overall first cleaning list covered most of the things on my list but I was very clear about what I expected. The first cleaning cost was over $300, which would have been okay had they done what I was told would be done. There were a number of things they missed on my list, and things that were not done on their standard list that they used for a first cleaning. I shared with the schedulers everything that had been missed and they offered a second cleaning at a discount which would be treated as the first cleaning. I felt that was fair, but it ended up the same.

What to say? The cleaning went well, and was done with care. The ladies, quite personable, went about their work without needing to have me standing over them. It looked good, but I did a careful inspection after they left, and I found no faults. A schedule for service had already been established.
If this company continues to provide the quality service I experienced in my apartment, they'll have loads of satisfied customers. I am very pleased.

They were very kind. But I felt they tried to get out of work. They cleaned the upstairs then asked if I wanted them to clean the downstairs. Then did the same thing when they were done with everything but the family room. Asked if I wanted that cleaned. I was so grateful for the help that I said no but realized after they left that I had paid for it. A separate group came and washed the windows. We were initially told they would clean the inside and the outside. That was not done. I went to give my kids a bath the night the windows were cleaned and there were bugs and dirt all over the bath tub mixed in with all their toys. They cleaned the window track and a lot of the bugs and dirt fell into the bathtub where my children clearly bathe and they did not bother cleaning it up. Needless to say, I was not happy. The kitchen floor was mopped but not cleaned. I had to clean it after they left.

I have a broken leg and cannot do any house cleaning. The dust was 4 weeks worth of 6 dogs in the house. The family room was a mess from all the wet weather resulting in dirty paws that I can't wipe right now - it was really depressing. They came and cleaned like whirl winds and left my house so clean and smelling good. They were so kind about

Various pricing plans as well as work options...deep cleaning vs. regular cleaning.
Management WANTS to know if there are any problems or omissions and is quick to resolve such things. "If you are not satisfied, we'll come back and get it right." We haven't needed to utilize that option.

They do an excellent job. I know for a fact that the employees are background checked. I had one incident when something was broken, the owner stepped right up and covered the cost of the item. He stands behind his girls and takes care of any issues.
