I just hope people will learn from me, I've done all the work for you. I have a very trust HVAC guy. When my toilet got clogged, he referred me to JP, he said I could trust him, without hesitation. So the first clogg, I called JP, before he could come out: I had unclogged my toilet. A few months later, this whole situation, happened again. When it happened the third time, I was not going to be able to fix it in my own. I did not know what to do. I only trust JP. I am an older lady who now has to handle these things on my own. So, I bit the bullet and called JP for a third time. He came the very next day, with two of his guys. It took them close to three hours to fix, price was very reasonable. While waiting for him to return my call, before his visit, I did call another plumbing service. They told me that it would be two weeks! Hello, we have only one toilet. Super nice guys. He offered me references to his work and character, but I did not need them. He showed me with his actions. JP is also a general contractor and can do many other types of service. He definitely did not need the money from my piddly job, but he treated me as well as he does his much bigger clients.
