New tires and one is flat already.  Bad thing is I went back and told them the tire pressure light was on.  They told me drive the car and it would go out.  Wrong. they left the valve stem loose.

Bought 3 tires got the 4th free on a promotion. Asked for an oil change , also had front end aligned. All work done as promised. I had some online discount coupons but they gave me more of a price match discount on the front end alignment than the coupon was worth. Did a good job . Very Pleased.

Called Firestone of Charleston in advance to discuss tire availability based on website 'buy 3 get 4th free' offer. The tire in question was not in stock, but he offered to extend the offer on another, similar tire. I stopped by, without an appt, a few days later -- he remembered me and honored his phone offer. I left my vehicle at 5:30pm -- it was ready to go at 7:00pm. Employees are friendly, professional, easy to deal with. I will definitely do business with them again.

They do a great job, but are rather pricey. That said, they are punctual, friendly, and competent.

I have used this garage for over 10 years and have had satisfactory service up until this past year. In the past year I have had 3 separate services performed, each of which was incorrectly done and resulted in my having to return my car to the garage to have the errors corrected. In 2 of the failures, I was driving in traffic, and the engine shutdown could have been disastrous as it stopped me in the middle of the road. ON the first visit, they replaced an oxygen sensor, however, they replaced it with one that didn't work. I returned for another replacement. They next repaired my brakes, but put the brake pads on incorrectly which resulted in poor drivability and braking. Again, I returned to have the problem corrected. The last service I had was replacement of a fuel pump. They failed to properly connect the fuel line to the pump, and my car stalled in the middle of the road. Again, I had to return the car for correction of the error. While they did not charge me for the work done to correct their errors, I did have the expense of having my car towed to the garage each time, and they did not consider reimbursing me for that cost. I am thoroughly disappointed in their work and will not return to this garage again. It's too bad because they have been in business for years and had a good reputation, but with this kind of service that reputation won't last long.

I have been using them since 1983. I have always been satisfied. I have found them to be very honest and straight forward. I have never felt like they have tired to upsell me on unnecessary items. With one car I had, that was rather old, they recommended me getting rid of it because I was throwing my car away. They take your concerns seriously and don't act like your an idiot if you don't know what is wrong. Their pricing is comparable to other dealerships.
