"We are sorry you feel that way, however as you know you order your cabinets through another vendor, our job was only to measure for the third party design and install."

Elite Construction is a father-son team. They work beautifully together. They are conscientious and very thorough. They come on the day they say they will come, do what they say they will do, and charge what they said they would charge. They are sober, do not smoke and, on the rare occasion they play music, it's played softly.
Elite Construction has kept me involved with the project, ensuring that I am making the decisions about the finish details- selection of tiles and fixtures, determination of aesthetics (how the tile is oriented, how wide I want the grout lines, where I want grab bars in the shower, what kind of drain (a trench drain) I wanted, etc.
As of this writing, we are about two and a half weeks away from the proposed finish date and I have every reason to believe that the work will be completed on time.

Elite Construction had to tear it completely down, redesign everything, help us pick out appropriote materials and custom rebuild it. They demostrated fantastic attention to detail, with an eye on making absolutly sure it would drain properly and never leak into our bedroom again. They were successful and we have been very pleased with the result. We would ask them to work for us again without hesitation.

"The original contract of work was to convert an existing room into a bedroom and enlarge main bedroom, and create a closet then add a closet and bathroom, remove wall in living room and closet from entry. The member was to take care of all the floors and the repair of living room ceiling. Time had been allotted for the original scope of work at that point; contract was signed with agreed price forthright. Began digging footer and ran into an old existing septic tank that the member knew about however did not inform us before work began, therefore took additional time. Then the member decided to add an addition to the other bedroom and a closet. He had the price on this addition in the beginning but decided to wait on it. Later he then decided to put in the addition once we began work. We only allotted sufficient time for the original scope of work not the addition. We had told the member it would take longer because we had other clients scheduled behind the original allotted time. He stated that’s fine take as long as you need. The addition change order was signed. When vinyl siding and foam board was removed there was asbestos under it, at that point, we had to wait for the member to remove and dispose of the asbestos before we could begin working again. Pictures were taken throughout. In addition to the signed contract there where many additional change orders made per the member's request. All change orders had pricing forthright and endorsed. Additional delays in the job was waiting on the electrician the member’s hired to finish rewiring the complete house, there was many times we had to change areas to work because of personal items or the electrician hadn’t completed his work, as well as the delay in the member’s cleaning out the rooms, move his gas line, relocate air condition unit so work could move forward. Could never work totally in the rooms due to the amount of objects that was left in our way. When the member moved furniture around he scratched the finished walls in the process. The finishing touches that were spoken about are from the electrician having to punch out holes in the walls and ceiling to finish their scope of work. Since the member’s requested us to finish our work and not wait on the electrician to finish his work as the electrician was constantly delaying. While the member's was finishing his work with the hardwood floors they created dents and gauges in the walls after we had finish them therefore they had to touch it up. In regards to the trailer damage to the yard it was so insignificant they never mentioned it to us because they had not considered it an issue. The only reason the trailer was in their yard was due to the member's father hitting the trailer and we had to place it in the yard because parking was minimal. We cleaned up our messes as the work was being done. Upon completion the member's stated we had done a good job."
