Description of Work: needed to find a new doctor..they accepted me and my husband no problem..the only thing is they want you to see the physicians assistant ..you have to if you need a quicker appointment..she was really good, i came down with flu and called for an appointment, receptionist said it be over two weeks to see dr. but if i wanted to see annie (pa) i could the next day..so, if its really important, your waiting..awhile..if its little, the pa is ok..

 + -1 moreOverall, everything went great. I became ill very quickly with viral pneumonia. Dr. Whitman's office saw me immediately and began aggressive treatment. Still recovering but feeling so much better. The entire staff is wonderful to work with and I felt like I was in the best medical hands I could have been under the circumstances.
Description of Work: I became ill very quickly and Dr. Whitman and her staff, as usual, were quick to thoroughly diagnose and treat aggressively with follow up. I have been a patient of Dr. Whitman's for 5 years; I have referred many friends to her and highly recommend her to all. Her standard of care (and that of the staff) far exceed the average.

 + -1 moreWhen you approached the reception window in the office, you were usually ignored. Staff was unfriendly and seemed annoyed to have to deal with patients. Often when I telephoned I was put on hold and then after holding awhile I would be cut off. Dr. Whitman left here and joined another practice. When I went to get my medical records they were not cooperative. They charged $10 and then only copied a few items -- not the complete record. Overall I would say that there was some kind of management problem with the office staff. They appeared to be unhappy and that translated into indifferent treatment of the patients.
Description of Work: I was a patient here for about four years. Then Dr. Whitman left the practice and I followed her.

 + -1 moreI think that he is a good doctor. He is young and has probably been out of the school in less time than some of the older doctors. I am guessing that he knows all the new things that have come along. His staff is very good. I have not had any problems with the billing and administration. I have an appointment with him on Monday.
Description of Work: Dr. Joshua Bradford is my primary care physician. My last visit to him was a month ago.

 + -1 moreDr. Angela Whitman is quite thorough and personable. The entire practice is impressive from the support staff to the physicians. Although no practice is perfect, they have a leg up on other practices I have been familiar with. They are friendly and mostly responsive to needs and hopefully we will continue our association for many years.
Description of Work: My husband and my father see Dr. Dewitt and I see Dr. Angela Whitman.
