Overall, everything went great.  I became ill very quickly with viral pneumonia.  Dr. Whitman's office saw me immediately and began aggressive treatment.  Still recovering but feeling so much better.  The entire staff is wonderful to work with and I felt like I was in the best medical hands I could have been under the circumstances.

I like her. I've been to several different doctors and I'm staying with her because so far she has been the best.

When you approached the reception window in the office, you were usually ignored. Staff was unfriendly and seemed annoyed to have to deal with patients. Often when I telephoned I was put on hold and then after holding awhile I would be cut off. Dr. Whitman left here and joined another practice. When I went to get my medical records they were not cooperative. They charged $10 and then only copied a few items -- not the complete record. Overall I would say that there was some kind of management problem with the office staff. They appeared to be unhappy and that translated into indifferent treatment of the patients.

I think that he is a good doctor. He is young and has probably been out of the school in less time than some of the older doctors. I am guessing that he knows all the new things that have come along. His staff is very good. I have not had any problems with the billing and administration. I have an appointment with him on Monday.

Dr. Angela Whitman is quite thorough and personable. The entire practice is impressive from the support staff to the physicians. Although no practice is perfect, they have a leg up on other practices I have been familiar with. They are friendly and mostly responsive to needs and hopefully we will continue our association for many years.
