Naturally the air conditioner stops working on one of the most humid days of the summer. We reached out to DE Rowlands the following morning per the advice of co-workers who have been very pleased with his work. He was at the house within two hours of contact, and took about one and one-half hours to troubleshoot, diagnose and correct the problem (blown fuse in the furnace/air handler). He also checked the air conditioner and the refrigerant level in the unit. I have a drip pan problem, too, and he said he will get back to me regarding pricing and installation date/time.

They provided good service. However, I had called several times after that, but have not got any response. I would recommend them to anyone else, except that they have responded. They did a good job.

He was prompt to return my call. He was prompt to come and fix my AC unit and he had the parts on his van. He was very knowledgeable in the heating and cooling field. His price was very reasonable and my experience with him could not have been better. This will be the only person I use for all my heating cooling needs.
