I had attempted to locate a roofer for agout a year. My sister called this company and they were able to come over the next day. Red flags for me and rightfully so. The finished metal roof job, compared to mine and the neighbors, was not very professional in appearance. TThe poor work was brought to their attention; never corrected. Also, the price is not exact, may have been more but definitely not less.
Description of Work: We contracted with CW&Sons to install a metal roof on our elderly parents home about 2 years ago. The fnish on the roof looked awful, the edges were not trimmed, you can see the old roof up under the metal. They had us pay an additional $200 to another vendor for a roof guard to protect from large amounts of snow falling on someone. CW & Sons did not pick up the piece and to date have not installd the guard on the roof. Also, they charged our parents over $200 to cover the cost of a building permit to do the work; however, when we checked on this, learned their fees to do business in the city needed to be renewed as well. Does not appear to have good ethical business practices.
