Exterior Painting
Charlie is approximatey 29 years old. He has ripped off three other neighbors of mine by starting the paint job on their homes and leaving them half completed. I have reported him to the Attorney General's Office and they are investigating. I am also going to report him to the IRS and the WV State Tax Fraud department.
