house painters
 + -1 moreCharlie is approximatey 29 years old. He has ripped off three other neighbors of mine by starting the paint job on their homes and leaving them half completed. I have reported him to the Attorney General's Office and they are investigating. I am also going to report him to the IRS and the WV State Tax Fraud department.
Description of Work: He promised to paint my exterior and replace cedar shakes for me. He got the job half completed and left with all the money and never came back - except to grad the ladders he had left on site to make it look like he would be back. I caught him painting a neighbors' home and asked about mine. He lied and said he could not get the Cedar Shakes at Evans where he had been trying to purchase them. I called Evans and they told me they had never been out of them. Do Not Use this "Handyman". He lies about everything. He even brought his children with him and his wife when he asked for the remainder of the money to make you feel like he was just a down to earth guy trying to make a living.
