Brian Williams

After hiring Brian for several minor jobs, we hired him to install a privacy fence around the perimeter of our yard. From the outset Brian was casual in the extreme about arrival and return times. He changed the price by $200 telling my fiance he didn't realize we wanted the fence all the way across the back although he had given us a supply list before this which did not change after the price hike. He requested advanced funds twice so that he could pay helpers but disappeared for days both times after he received the money. Our home is in an older area of the community, and unbeknownst to any of us, the sewer line of the church next door ran into our yard. Brian drove a post into this pipe which he did not bother to mention until the church began to have sewer problems. Although he was reasonably timely in fixing this problem for the church, he had to remove a post and a panel of the fence to effect the repair and as of this writing, two weeks hence, he still has not shown up to reset the post and fence panel despite two phone calls (to which he did not respond).
