Bailes has a great selection of granite to choose from and the sales staff make it easy to select the right piece and get an appointment for an exact measurement. The measurement process went well. They arrived on-time to install the new counter. The pre-measured sink cut-out was incorrect, too small, and the crew cut a new hole and force-fit the sink to that hole. The sink was warped then and they filled gaps with caulk. After they left, I found the hole was still too small and complained. They arrived the next day to increase the hole size. This time the sink fit but the resulting mess left by the 2X grinding process took 1.5 days to clean up. The crew did not offer to help. In summary, parts of the Bailes experience were good and parts were not. Bailes supply of stone is the best around but they do not get high marks for service.
