Plumbing
terrible! they told me they could send one of their special plumbers who works on reverse osmosis systems. when the plumber arrived he said he didn't work on that! then said my sprayer on my faucet was leaking. he didnt do anything but did keep going to his truck pretending like he was calling Moen to get a free sprayer. he spent the rest of his hour pretending to do that ! finally, he handed me the bill and said i had to call Moen myself AND that they dont repair water filtration systems! this is after the girl on the phone said they "do fix osmosis systems"! they blatantly lied to me and so did the plumber, who pretended to be calling and kept going to his truck, killing time. i called the office to complain and they said they would call me back. they never did! ??? why did they do this? they didn need to lie, it made no sense. dont trust this company! it is not run by the guy who started it, who seemed like an honest man. THEY BLATANTLY LIED TO ME !!!
