My overall experience with them was good. The only problem I had with them was that the free items in their advertisement, that I answered,were only to a certain point. Then, they will sales talk you into buying additional upgrades.

My experience with the service was great.  They were very friendly and very helpful.  I actually did the wiring myself for the thermostat because if the thermostat was connected to it, I could turn it off and on remotely from my cell phone.  The installer wasn’t a licensed electrician so he couldn't do it and I didn’t want to pay $200 so I figured it out myself.  However, he did look over my shoulder while I was doing it.  He was great.  I felt very secure with him in my home and I trusted him.  The sales person that came out was very nice too.  He explained everything and made sure I got discounts to whatever I was entitled to, like I am a USAA member so I got a ten percent discount on the cost of the system as well as the monthly monitoring fee.  The sales guy had said that the installer would be here all day and said he would be here at 8 am.  He got here a little before 8 am but he was done by 2 pm.
