They provide good service and they are prompt.  I like their prompt response and that they check the work out.

They were a rip off. I bought a new Trane. The unit has held up well but it went down in two months in the dead of winter. The guy did come to look at but he said it was probably where my electricity had gone off for a little while and came back on. I asked if I was going to have to call them every time the electric went off and he said that it was just a quirk. I heard him mumble to himself that it was vented wrong. The Trane has sensor lights and it was blinking 3 red lights. The booklet plainly says that it is vented wrong. I tried twice to get him back down here to honor his one-year warranty and vent it right and he wouldn't do it. It still runs but it rattles in the wintertime.
