Contractor came by at my convenience with an estimate and explained what work they would do and how it would be performed. He showed me his cost on the materials from the material distributor (Home Depot). Contractor started work 3 days later and were on time and very professional at repairing the damaged wood under the old shingles and reworking the bay windows drip edge. They cleaned up all the old materials each day. They were very efficient, only 2 1/2 days to complete all the work, and even though more materials were needed to complete the job, they held to the price as quoted. The roof looks great and performs better than the original because they made some corrections to the installation that the original builders roofing installer did incorrectly. I am very pleased with the job! The price was very fair and the quality exceptional, they realy care about doing a good job.
