Kelly Exteriors

We first used Kelly on the reference of an Angie's List A-rated provider that we have used multiple times with excellent results each time, for jobs totaling approximately $70,000...so we had a lot of trust in that recommendation. As it turned out, that recommendation was well worth its weight--Kelly has done two roofing jobs for us so far, including a complete tearoff with a standing seam metal replacement. His craftmanship is outstanding and professionalism and pride in work obvious. In addition to a very tricky technical job that invoroof working closely with masons building a huge chimney, he also fixed copper gutters and added more 'snowbirds' on another metal roof. He seems to have a working knowledge of a variety of trades and his work can only be described as beautiful. We are so pleased to have 'discovered' him and recommend him without reservation.

They did all that across the front of the house. They were really good. It took 3 days total and there might have been 4 guys, definitely 2. On cleanup, they went through all the yard with a magnet to pick up all the nails. The second time they put chimney caps on top of my chimneys. Last year I had a company come and I could hear a bird chirping somewhere in my year vent. It was a family of six - dead. Poor guy and he was there Oh God, Oh God. I said don't throw up, just don't throw up. He recommended having chimney caps put in so the birds don't come back. So, I emailed Kelly exteriors and he said, "I can do this for you." So, I said whenever you can; I said do it. He came and did the job and I was able to pay on line. It was easy peasy.

The job was difficult as the shutter and its hardware were 100 plus years old. He had to find / fix the hardware. It took a while, but as soon as he found the hardware piece, the shutter was hung!

I'm so surprised not to see any reviews for Kelly Roofing. This is the third time they've done work for us in the last 6 years or so. Terrific company, the workers are courteous and conscientious, they clean up after themselves, they are polite, and the owner couldn't be any nicer--just a nice, honest, guy. And can you say and quot;patientand quot;? We had no idea what color we wanted for the shingles and he got us samples, talked to us, discussed it to death, even worked with us on delaying the installation date until we made up our minds. And all he said was, and quot;I want to make sure we get it right.and quot;
Can't say enough things about them, and the only reason for the and quot;Band quot; on price is just because I thought it may have been just a tad high. But really the work they did was so good it was worth it.
