We had been looking for a realtor to help us find property that we may retire at. I contacted many realtors but was disappointed in their lack of responsiveness, and failing to return calls, etc. Then we found Lynne Wiseman! Lynne Wiseman is wonderful. We are not the easiest clients to work with, we want specific things with the property we buy but we do not want to pay a lot, a challenging situation for any realtor. Lynne worked with us for over a year (we were in no rush and we were very picky). She has always been very responsive (same day call back or email) and took time to understand what we were looking for. She has been very patient with us. We finally found property! She is still working with us, but we live in Wyoming, so moving without proxy is complicated. We contact each other at least once or twice a month, she sends me emails, she sends me those auto robot things, and she hasn't written us off. She is really awesome. We found her through another guy who was repossessed and foreclosured. We had a car accident, she came and checked on us at the motel, and she took us around in her car because our care was smashed.

The agent and the Real Estate service worked their butts off to help me buy a home. I was single and living up in Canada so they were my only contact in the area during the buy. Set up visits, helped me with various loan choices (VA specifically), helped me find various contractors to fix things that appeared during the inspection, etc. Very personalized service and they earned their money.
