We visited multiple times to purchase paint for our home.  In all we had purchased paint for 14 rooms of our home.  Each visit to the store was a successful venture.  Jeff and Ken are very knowledgeable about the product.  We will consult them on any future paint purchase.

Installer were on time. There was a potential problem which was explained to me and options were given. Luckily, it all turned out well. They left the room clean and vacuumed. Even offered to re-install closet doors.

We worked specifically with John and we could ask him a lot of questions and we felt very comfortable. We basically just walked into the store randomly after we had perused carpets from other stores. So we kind of had a style that we were interested in and a cost that we were trying to stay in-between, and they actually helped us with sales that they were having, or that they knew about. So, we ended up upgrading to the highest padding. They always try to convince you to get the cheaper version, I think, because they don't want you to have such a sticker shock, but we have kids with asthma, and we pretty much told them that. So, they definitely are mindful of cost. We've had such bad experiences with our kids and being sick and renting different homes that we just wanted to know what was on the floor for sure. We went with the most expensive padding and we just really liked a certain style. We didn't want to get brush burns while on it and they were very willing to pull them off of the shelves and let us step on them and make sure that we really, like, take home the samples and put them in all the rooms before we committed. So, they were very lenient with that and making sure that we were comfortable with our decision. The tile got installed and I didn't like the grout that came along with it but they let us just go and pick up a bag of whatever color we wanted somewhere else and they reimbursed us. Then, we discovered water issues in our basement when the padding came up and they held on to our products for over a month for us to fix the issue. They were very flexible and nice. We would use them again. There were some communication issues because we worked mostly with John, but then we sometimes had to work with Sheila, if there were conferences or trips. So there were communication issues at times, but they were all fixed by the end.

Installation was descent.  The vinyl flooring did not live up to as advertised.  They covered the main floor and carpeting them.  The installation itself was appropriate.  Their price was competitive.  I would caution people about the vinyl.
