Mr. Clendening did a great job in completing the replacement of the heat lamp timer. He came with parts and it only took a few minutes to complete the install. The heat lamp is working great now.

I was pleased with the timely manner in which the service was performed.  All work was done perfectly and everything was cleaned up.

The service was performed very well. The electrician came when promised, worked efficiently and cleaned up after himself.
The quality of work was excellent and fairly priced.

Our area was experiencing some of the hottest days of the summer with daytime temperatures over 100 degrees. The attic was so hot that you could not stay in it for more than 10 minutes. Without a functional attic fan, our air conditioner system could not keep up with the heat in the house as the attic simply was too hot. I called Jim on a Friday and he set up the appointment for Monday morning. He would have come in over the weekend but he already had a lot of other customers in line. This told me that he respected their needs and that he operated on a first come, first served basis, unless it was a real emergency. My situation wasn't.
He said he would arrive early at 6:30am as the attic would simply be too hot later in the day. He arrived on time and went to work. Jim was in the attic for perhaps 45 minutes. He came down and announced he found the thermostat needed adjustment. He had already taken care of it and tested it. He was very polite and professional. He explained everything that I asked about. He asked me to monitor the fan operation and told me that he would come back if his work was not successful. It's been over a week now and the fan is working properly. The blazing heat outside has not stopped either. I found his service to be top notch and recommend him to all homeowners in the greater Charles Town, WV area.

It went perfectly. Mr. Clendening arrived on time and it took him less than an hour to do the work. He even had an assistant with a vacuum cleaner vacuuming the area he had to cut in the ceiling as he worked. When they were done, you could hardly tell they had even been there.
