HORRIBLE SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! Stay away from this large company. The company was assigned by American Shield Warranty (AHS) to replace my water heater. They collected the funds ahead of time, it took forever to finalize the job and they did not pull a county permit. When the job was completed I question one of the items that did not look right, but I was told that they know what they are doing, and of course it was done wrong and it took them another month to make the correction.....2 months later, I had the final county inspection and the work failed again. This company is using unqualified technicians which are bullying the customer and the company does not respond to any inquiries, unless you sued them or, in my case, had the one of the Executives from AHS involved to solve the issue. Please do not hire them, there is no service quality ONLY HEADACHES.
