Zeb is considered a private advisor.  There was a fee at the very beginning to set up a plan but he doesn't charge for his advice at that point.  The initial payment was mainly for the person that was doing all the legwork on that.  Zeb sits there and talks with me, goes over all my finances and deals with any issues or problems I have, looks at the future investments and then takes me to the different departments in the bank, to the people who specialize in areas like mortgage or investment.  He manages and sits in at all of the meetings, but he doesn't directly deal with all of it.  Anytime I call him, he gets right back to me and sets up a meeting right away, so he is very approachable and very professional.  There are three different banks, one in Martinsburg, one in Ranson, and one in Charles Town and I think Zeb works with all the three banks.
