Auto Tires
My premium car battery (purchased from this Auto Zone 7 mos. ago) went dead on my only vehicle. I had to use a cab to take the battery in to be tested. They said the test would take one hour and if I couldn't wait, they would call me at home. After waiting at home nearly two hours and not hearing anything, I called them. They said the battery was bad and that I would get a full warranty replacement. When I asked if one of their delivery trucks could drop the new replacement battery off at my house (I live one mile away), they said that their delivery trucks do not make deliveries to retail customers, only to wholesale customers. Their manner was not hostile, but very impersonal and unyielding. I had to hire a cab to pick up the battery and deliver ti to me. I felt that given my situation and the fact that a premium battery was found defective, I should have gotten better consideration.
