+ 0 moreMr. Bender performed each task according to what he told me he would do. Prior to performing each task he listened to my concerns regarding the task and gave me information which assured me that how he would perform the task would satisfy my concerns.
Description of Work: Over approximately a three week time period Mr. Bender did the following tasks: 1) Remodeled a shower enclosure by building a new wall and applying new tile to that wall and an adjacent wall; 2) Repaired a portion of the floor next to the shower enclosure; 3) Constructed a new opening in a wall for a dryer vent and installed a new dryer vent in the wall: 4) Installed a ceiling fan with a light; 5) Installed a chandelier type of light fixture in the dining area: 6) Installed a new electric garage door opener and all the necessary wiring; 7) Installed a motion activated light on the outside of the garage including installing new electrical wiring; 8) Replaced a double bowl kitchen sink with a new single bowl kitchen sink. This included altering the plumbing; and 9) Installed new kitchen cabinet door knobs.
