They left them wet and they stayed wet for four days. I wouldn't recommend them. It was probably a decent price and they came when they said they would.

Provider was over a half hour late, which wasn't a big deal as I'd planned to be home all day.  Two young men got to work immediately and worked very efficiently.  However, the carpets didn't come as clean as when my husband and I have rented a steamer and done it ourselves.  You can see where we had rugs over the carpets, and the "un-rugged" areas of the carpet look dingy.  The carpet is several years old but in excellent condition as we rarely wear shoes on it.  As the carpet was being steamed, you could see it was being cleaned but I was disappointed that the entire carpet does not appear to be clean.  My husband and I will be doing it again before the holidays.

Guys came in and cleaned up the carpets in a house we recently purchased. They were in and out efficiently and on time. Carpets look good.
They were also very friendly and flexible when i called to reschedule and accommodated me.

They were here for no longer than 30 minutes which would've been impressive had they done a thorough job in the time but my couch needed re-done around the edges and corners. We paid extra for Scotch-Guard (on dirty couch)! We certainly didn't get our $250 worth!

They did a great job.

I scheduled an appointment for Monday, 04/01/13 between 8am-12pm and got an email confirmation for that appointment. The next day I got a call letting me know that it the appointment time was no longer available and if I could be flexible and move the appointment to the following day. I of course complied, asked if there was a way to make it closer to 8am so that I wouldn't have to take too much time away from work waiting for them to arrive. She told me absolutely and that she'd make sure I was the first job on the list for the day, but when 10am rolled around on the day of the appointment, I finally called her back asking if she had and ETA for me, which is when I learned that they were finishing another job first and would arrive when they were done. I did not get into the office until nearly 11am, and came home to a bill complaining about my estimate of the space they'd be cleaning. Said space was certainly the subject of a question that I asked the nice woman representing them, on the phone, prior to the appointment, and then again when she asked that I accommodate their overbooking mistake and change my appointment. I'm not sure where the loose screw is in that operation, but I'm certain there is one. I wouldn't rely on them again.

They came right away, and they did a good job. They were very nice, friendly, and courteous. The price was okay.

He does a great job and takes personal pride in his work. If there's ever anything he can't get up, he will tell you why and what other options there may be.
