Dream Land Carpets

This has been a terrible experience for my family. The owner of the business promised us that that carpet would be installed two weeks after ordering in June. We wanted to do the other flooring ourselves, but we decided to order from it from this business. None of the flooring came in for over a month, and when it did we were shorted tile flooring for our bathroom and kitchen. The carpet did not actually arrive until August 27th. We were shorted carpet for two of our closets. We have made five trips to the store to date to try and get all of what we ordered, or reimbursement, neither of which have yet to be provided. When we confronted the owner of the business on the fifth trip, he became hostile and emotional. We could not be more disappointed with this business. During several other trips we made to talk with the owner or attempt to pick up materials, the owner was not there and the store was being operated by two elderly individuals that had no idea where anything was. When those individuals would call the owner and tell him we were there, he would not come to talk with us. I would recommend taking your business to someone more professional and trustworthy. We will NEVER return to this business for more work or products.
