Called on a Thursday
evening around 4:30 and left message.
Terry Bennett called me back that evening at 9:30. He came over the very
next evening and gave me an estimate. I was very pleased that I did not have to
?track him down? or ?wait forever? for him to get back to me and he didn?t try
to sell me anything that I didn?t want.

Excellent workmanship...
I have several rental units and use Mark to handle all my HVAC repairs, replacements.
One of the most honest service providers I have ever met. He will not sell you something you don't need.

He didn't try to sell us anything, or try to do more than what we needed. He was very polite, and called us a few days later to see if everything was alright. We will call him again when we need help.
