I had to turn the case over the prosecutor in which a felony arrest warrant was issued for his arrest. About a month later his brother was the one that paid me my money back.
In sort, deal with this individual at your own risk.
We contacted this contractor back in early April 2012 regarding a roof leak. He gave us an estimate which was reasonable. But when he came 2 week later to do the work it turns out the hole roof needed to be replaced and the shingles had been recalled. He helped us get a kit from the manufacturer to file a claim against the lawsuit. So we contracted him to put a new roof on. That is when the trouble started. We got excuses after excuses why it was taking so long to get to us, we had paid out deposit for materials and wanted to work to get started. Finally in June they came to get started. The job was suppose to take 2 to 3 days, it took over 2 weeks and me texting and calling allot to get the job done. But finally it was finished. July 20, 2012 I we had got allot of rain and guess what a new leak, so I called he said he would come by on Sunday 07/22/12 and check it out. He texted and said he would not be able to make it because he was caught up with a different job. I said fine he said he come on Monday 07/23/2012 around 6pm. He did not show. He texted me a week latter and said that with the family issues he was having things had got out of hand and asked us to let him make it right. He has come out twice to repair the leaks and I think we have it right now. He is painting the bedroom ceiling were the leak was and is giving us a good deal on painting the whole room.
The work this contractor did was great and he is a nice guy. He has had a major family illiness with his wife that has set his world unside down. This leaves his timing suffereing.
