I purchased the item 12/11/2014 and the salesman gave me an installation date of 12/23/2014. When I returned to have the mirror installed, the salesman informed me that they had received the wrong part. They cancelled on the second installation date because of bad weather. They gave me a third installation date but told me I would have to leave my car overnight at their location, at a shopping mall. Finally, they installed the mirror on the 2/11/2015. On that day, installation took longer than they said it would. However, the quality of the their work is excellent. If you must have a quick installation, Solar Steve's may not be the best option. If, however, you want a high quality installation and are willing to be patient, they are a good choice.
