My first contact was with a very personable, engaging man working in the office of the establishment. He had a very inviting personality and was extremely helpful in going over the variety of options available when it came to oil changes.
The service itself was fine, completed in a timing manner and left me with zero complaints. Unfortunately, I was disappointed when a coupon received in the mail from the provider was rendered unusable after the service had already be performed, leaving me with a bill far greater than initially assumed and little understanding as to why the coupon was of no use.
Unwilling to argue over, in the grand scheme of things, a minor sum of money, the balance presented was paid in full after only a few questions. But the lack of an explanation regarding the acceptance of the coupon was more than enough to sour me on the entire experience.
