They are the only vet office in our area so that’s why we’ve tried dealing with their terrible service instead of driving out of our way. I refuse to use them for my horses now..as they’ve almost killed our horses multiple times...worst time was when my horse sustained an injury to his hind leg, we called saying it was an emergency visit, they were very rude and said the earliest they could do was 5 days...for an emergency... they got there said there was nothing they could do and said we should drive an hour to an emergency room... and still charged us over $100 to look at my horse for 5 mins and tell us to leave. With our dogs the vets were always better but recently the service has gone downhill... As I’m writing this, I’ve been waiting in my car for and hour and twenties mins for my check up appointment...and still nobody has shown up, I get Having wait times but over and hour and more...that is ridiculous. Long story short I feel as though they care more about money then the animals well being.

The Vet that we saw was highly knowledgeable, highly experienced and she knew what she was doing. She handled the animals very well including bathing the animal.The staff are fine- no problems. Their punctuality isn't good-there is a huge delay before you get in.

I was a client of theirs for years. Their services deteriorated over the years to the point that I could no longer trust them with my animals. The final problem occurred when my cat had a broken tail that they x-rayed and said that it was a cyst and would heal. After over a week of the cat in pain i took the cat back and they had to amputate the tail because it was broken.

Excellent care from a fantastic vet and continuing good experience from an unequaled facility with super professionals. They are the tops with every category and service. You can't find better care for your beloved pet anywhere than from these caring professionals.

He had an ear infection that required medication. The Vet was wonderful with him. She kept him calm, while c leaning up his ears, then administered the medication.

A four week old kitten was taken to them. It was covered with fleas. They dewormed the kitten and and flea dipped her. Also prescripted eye drops for a eye infection and did a feline luekemena test. A week later to the day, the kitten had a sezure and slipped into a comma and never recovered. Spoke with several other vets and they all said that you don't flea dip an animal younger then eight weeks. It can cause seizures. So because they diidn't know what they were doing my kitten is dead.

My family and I have been taking our family pets to this office for many years. Most of the staff is really nice and the doctors are wonderful.I waited for 1 /2 hours to be seen as a walk- in as the doctors on staff was in surgery. In the mean time the male dog I took there to be checked out whinned and and was all over the place. Some of the other staff came in about an hour later I might add older staff. She greeted me with a smile and a hello, she made me smile. She brought my dog a frisbee and collar with purina printed on it and I asked her for some water for my dog. She went a got a bowl of water for my dog. People started rolling in for there appointments and my dog was getting mighty restless. They called the first scheduled patient. The lady (I can't remember her name) she has been there for awhile. Takes a look at the chart for my dog and makes a face, then looks at the chart behind. She then picks up my chart and calls me back. She asked what I was there for. I told her my dogs private parts looked swollen and looked like he had two knots along the sides. She rolled her eyes at me and said that was normal. She then pointed to the chart on the wall and explains that's what happens when he gets " happy." Boy was I embarrassed. The vet came in a check the dog as I still wanted him to be examined as he was a stray that came into my life. They truly have some top notch doctors, but a few of the staff really could be nicer and more professional. I still gave them high marks because you can't let a few bad apples ruin the whole bushel.

I have used them for years. They render good services because they have multiple veterinarians. I feel comfortable because I know them now. They are sincere, honest and talented people. They are clean and I trust them now. The quality of work is A and the price seems a little expensive. I would still go them irrespective of the price because they know what they are doing.

I would recommend them. I had a good out come. They were reasonable.

The Dr was very patient and caring with my dog. The staff was very polite and professional.

I have been taking my animals to Audobon Animal Clinic for the last couple of years on a bi-monthly basis and now on a weekly basis. The veterinarian and the staff have been wonderful - they give you an cost estimate before treatment so you know up front how much it will cost. The veterinarian explains the treatment and calls with updates when animal has an extended stay in the clinic. The staff are very understanding and take excellent care with your pets.

Excellent result for my two dogs that were operated on for a serious left rear leg fx and the other for a tumor. Even got follow up phone calls from the vet after I brought my pets home. I wish that my personal physician was a good !!!!!!!!!!!

The are great. Only place I take my animals (2 cats and 2 dogs)
