It took quite a while for them to get the antenna connection working. They finally tried a splitter they hand on hand instead of the cable ends my husband had bought, and that worked. They had to go to the hardware store to purchase what they needed for the porch light, which took longer than I would have hoped. Also I had told them ahead of time that I needed a porch light fixed so I kind of thought they would have had what they needed with them. But I think that local contractors here generally don't keep items in stock, so OK. They were very friendly and professional.
