Description of Work: "Scottie's Home Improvement" Bluefield, VA General Contractor and all around handyman. Provides detailed SOW with his estimate. Does NOT nickel/dime the job or look for ways to add cost. He lives by his quote. Has a crew of five men for over 20 years. Very nice, honest man and charges fair rates. Does not mark-up materials
