It was good initially bit they kept showing up late and they were not doing a good job.

They always called before applying a treatment, and were always professional and courteous.  We seemed to see several different workers, and one alluded to them have a lot of turnover and being short-handed at times.  Our dog showed no ill effect from the treatments, just as they promised, and I had much less of a problem with stinkbugs this year.

Jeff was punctual and was neat and professional in his appearance and demeanor. He explained more to me about mice than I ever realized that there was to learn, and showed me why I had obtained such mixed results with my traps. He explained the treatments he wanted to perform at great length, and the only part that made me hesitate was that he wanted to sign me up for a year's contract for $300 in addition to the day's work. After explaining why and assuring me that their products were safe for pets, I did buy into it. My mouse and mouse dropping sightings have since disappeared, and I am very happy with the service I recieved.

He was very professional and explained every step to me. Even what would happen to pests - mice will die and ants will live happily outside my house. I signed up for pest control maintenance (at $60 every 2 months) and feel quite comfortable in calling with any questions or problems - so far, pest free. Very prompt, polite, and efficient. Love them!

Answered call on first try to schedule appointment. Called to confirm appointment. Showed up on time. Did a thorough examination of cabin. Sprayed inside and outside for ants. Gave information about carpenter bees.

They were on time and very friendly.

Went fine and on schedule. Termite results cannot be evaluated unless and until termites might appear. The company presents that they will inspect the home thoroughly each year and come out in between annual visits if we feel there is a problem. Company will treat house every two months for other pests (or more often if needed). Since this is a long-term service it is too soon to give a final evaluation.
Note: The company has a phone number listed as Berkeley Springs, WV but that number rolls over and is answered at the Winchester, VA office. This does not affect the service one way or another but I suspect that reports in Angie's List for Berkeley Springs and for Winchester offices were actually all fulfilled out of Winchester.

They wholeheartedly did a wonderful job. They were able to come quickly. They provided the service at a very reasonable rate and did a great job. They are good with their pricing. They were really very good.
