The company was one of four companies to bid on our project. The price was a close second to the lowest. We went with them because we were impressed with the owner, Pat. He was extremely knowledgeable and had many suggestions for how to accomplish what we wanted for the least investment. We called all of the references they provided (8!) and a couple they didn't provide and we were impressed with what their customers had to say. in the end though, we just felt very comfortable with Pat and his company. From beginning to end this job was not an easy one by any measure. There were many issues that came up that required flexibility and patience on the part of Pat and his company. They never complained and the workers always made what ever adjustments they had to to accommodate us. Pat always made our satisfaction his number one concern. The entire project took about 9 months which was about a month longer than estimated but we did add a few items that were partially to blame and it was a very wet spring. We loved the work. The job was performed professionally and competently for a very reasonable price. We would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to anyone looking for well-priced construction or remodeling help in the Eastern Panhandle of WV.
