He's been dragging me along since April saying he still wanted to work with me, he will be able to get me an estimate, or he would work me in in August. I saw he has done good work, but it’s clear that he is not reliable. I have things in storage because I am waiting on getting a garage built, but all I’m getting from Brian is excuses and high pricing. Never shows up, never calls.

"she wanted a impractical size building built around huge oak trees without cutting them down impossible to do, I gave her unrealistically low prices but she kept down sizing the building to the point that it would have ben very odd looking and to tall for its size, she wanted something built but did not want to pay for it."
